Making Large Halloween Jack O Lanterns – The Winchester Mystery House All Hallows’ Eve

We make large Halloween Jack O' Lanterns for The Winchester Mystery House All Hallows' Eve event. The folks over at The Winchester Mystery House were kind enough to reach out to us to help make a little Halloween fun to add to their wonderful Halloween season family fun over at the mansion. In this video we create a couple giant fiberglass and resin castings from molds we made of large carved foam pumpkins we created a few years back. We then carved some spooky jack-o'-lantern faces and sprayed them with mortar to give them a stone look so they matched the existing entrance pillars at The Winchester Mystery House. We custom painted the to match the old aged stone looing columns and added plexi glass with a transparent vinyl graphic material that also matched the paint color. Each large pumpkin came with a stabilizing base plate and set over existing light fixtures. We want to thank everyone at the Winchester house again for letting us join their team to help make this Halloween season a good one.
